I must have you check in with me or if the weather is snowing or raining with Mrs. Watson. I will be counting you absent if you do not check in with me. Please follow this simple rule. I just have problems mainly with !st and 2nd period. It takes precious moments to track down someone that has seen you...but my attendance has to be accurate.

I wanted to give you guidelines when your student is absent or testing. You must always check in with me for roll unless I am out then please check with Mrs. Watson. If your student is absent or testing, please stay in commons area unless you are told to help with another task. Mrs. Mayo or Neff will let you know is you are needed to help in another place. Thank you for your cooperation!  We have almost completed our 1st Six Weeks and I believe you have accomplished the job with your students.

Be sure you are checking in with me by the tardy bell. I have had some not check in till late...this week I will start counting tardies. You should be at my room by the tardy bell.

I will have further instructions about attendance, but be sure you are in your class with your student by 10 minutes after the bell. You should have enough time to come check with me and get to your class in that length of time. Punctuality is a very important part of being a supportive peer.
